FEMALE LEADERSHIP

We introduce you into the world of male and female bias and present a new way of looking at this concept, that will be the basis for further sessions. A little alchemy, a bit of veda's and a reflection on how society might have been confusing the reasons for having two different and distinct genders and, under the guise of fighting for equality, has been missing the mark of the true value of both genders.

Leadership behavior creates 50-70% of an organization's culture. So we look at leadership, the current models, theories and generic theoretic information. From these models we will shift to the ALM ( the authentic leadership model) which will give you insight in your personal journey and opportunities to grow and develop. Some theoretic models as basis, understanding how to position yourself and connect towards a new and authentic model that is unique for each and every person.

Everyone in leadership positions will, at some point, be confronted with project and change management in todays project economy. High rates of failure, millions wasted and benefits not delivered is not something that surprises anyone anymore. So we will look at the use and misuse of of the concepts, create a basic understanding and then shift towards how we can initiate a renewed approach towards a more balanced approach.
